• ITutorgroup

ITutorgroup offer many hours at a good rate of pay. Management can improve but reliable pay every time. You do get a lot of students during my 3 years with the company taught over 3500 learners! You get some interesting questions and conversations with the learners, I really enjoyed my time at this company. Good for a reliable income, you can easily earn £1000 a month If you book in the hours.

    Interview Process

The onboarding process consists of a short interview where they get to know you and ask about your experiences. You will then typically do a short mock class role play where you demonstrate your ability teaching some of their material.

There is some onboarding material and paperwork to work through (Should take less than 2 weeks) Then you move onto probation.

Whilst you're on probation you teach mostly adult classes. This can last up to 6 weeks (They passed me in 3, I think it’s just to make sure you can handle it.) After this, you are free to teach other lesson types (kids) for better rates.
